1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

Desoline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware or harmful code, circumvent security measures, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the Services, or use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. Distribution

The Games are distributed as a direct download from playforge.club and, once listed, through Google Play. They are not distributed through any other app store or website.

If you obtain a Game through Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Games.

Download the Games only from playforge.club or Google Play. Desoline is not responsible for copies obtained from any other source, which may be modified or unsafe.

Desoline is solely responsible for the Games and for providing support for them.

4. Software

When you download a Game, you receive a limited license to install and use it for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and the End User License Agreement.

Unless permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Games except as expressly authorized by us. You may not re-host or redistribute the Games' installation files.

5. Intellectual Property

The PlayForge name and logo, the Games, and the website, designs, graphics, music, characters, trademarks, text, and other proprietary content are owned by Desoline Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Desoline intellectual property to you.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or provide links to third-party products and services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. If you obtained a Game through Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

7. Updates and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of the Services from time to time. We may also release Game updates, bug fixes, security updates, and new versions, which will be published on playforge.club or delivered through Google Play.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or conduct that may harm PlayForge, its infrastructure, or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, that the Games will be compatible with every device or operating-system version, or that all defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desoline and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services, including loss of saved-game data.

Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit rights or liabilities that legally cannot be excluded.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desoline from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on playforge.club with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, Israel, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
